The set covers a lot of sonic ground, ranging from ultra vintage Oberheim sounds to tones that fit right into contemporary production. The Oberheim palette is the sound that originally got me into synthesizers (the OB-Xa) and it’s such a joy to have a re-issue of one of the world’s most beloved synthesizers.
